Loper Programming and Acvities Council (LPAC)

Since joining the Loper Programming and Activities Council (LPAC) in August 2021, I’ve had the privilege of taking on several leadership roles that have significantly shaped my college experience. As President, I currently lead an executive board of nine individuals, all dedicated to organizing 20+ events for our 7,000+ students. This position has greatly enhanced my ability to collaborate and guide a diverse team. In 2023, as Homecoming Co-Chair, I worked with over 20 students to plan and host six exciting events in just one week, fostering school spirit and creating lasting memories for the UNK community. Additionally, in 2022, as Performing Arts Co-Chair, I managed the communication and logistics for events such as trivia nights and the annual FAME talent show. These experiences have sharpened my event planning skills and pushed me out of my comfort zone, particularly in hosting and public speaking. Each of these roles has deepened my understanding of the importance of communication, inclusion, and effective leadership.
